Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Analysis: Assist in the design and structural analysis of precast concrete components using industry-standard software and methodologies.
Production Supervision: Oversee the manufacturing process of precast elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the quality of materials and finished products meet project and industry standards.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and production staff, to resolve technical issues and optimize designs.
Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation to support project delivery and compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to innovation in design and production methods.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
Knowledge of precast concrete design and construction techniques is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Professional Development:
