About The Role

As a Production Estimator, you’ll play a key role in our team, ensuring that our residential construction projects are set up for success. You’ll analyse project plans and specifications, accurately quantify materials, and prepare detailed estimates.

Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will help guide our projects from the planning stage to completion, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our builds.

At Plantation Homes, we’re in this together, and your ability to collaborate with fellow team members, and build strong relationships with subcontractors, and suppliers will be essential in driving project success.

About You

Ideally, you’ll hold a Building and/or Construction qualification and have a proven track record as an Estimator. Trade skills are also highly valued, especially if you also bring:

A solid understanding of the building process and estimating techniques.
Knowledge of legislative requirements relevant to the QLD residential construction industry.
Confidence in using estimating software and precise manual measurements and calculations.
A highly organised and methodical work approach, with a keen attention to detail.
