About You:

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering
You must have between 2 and 5 years’ experience working in the Australian consulting environment and be committed towards a career in structural engineering, including working towards gaining RPEQ status.
You have a passion towards developing your structural engineering design and your skills in becoming efficient in structural software including SpaceGass, RCB, Slabs and RAPT
Be able to work in a team structure and be an enthusiastic and positive team player
Have good communication skills and be able to take guidance and feedback to grow your abilities
Drive to succeed and grow in knowledge and responsibility.

About the role:

You will be working closely with our senior structural engineers gaining valuable overall project design experience by being involved in the whole project from start to finish.
You will be assisting in directing our structural drafters to ensure drawings are correct and issued in time to hit all required deadlines
You will be working closely with clients, attending site visits and managing your projects
You will be continually growing your design and communication skills and knowledge to advance your career to the next level.
