Proa, an esteemed engineering firm based in Melbourne, is actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Project Engineer at Proa, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all projects within the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are completed within specified timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage all engineering projects undertaken by Proa, overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to completion.
- Reporting to Managing Director: Directly report to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce stringent quality assurance processes to maintain high project standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project duration.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
