Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facade Estimator at JD Eleven Construction Facades D&C located in Sydney, NSW. The Facade Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing bids, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring project budgets are met. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of construction facades are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Estimating, Costing, and Bidding skills
- Knowledge of Aluminum and Glazing structures
- Supplier and Contractor management skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in facade estimation or construction industry
- Degree or certification in Construction Management or related field
