Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Analysis: Assist in the design and structural analysis of precast concrete components using industry-standard software and methodologies.
- Production Supervision: Oversee the manufacturing process of precast elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the quality of materials and finished products meet project and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and production staff, to resolve technical issues and optimize designs.
- Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation to support project delivery and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of precast concrete design and construction techniques is an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies:
