We are seeking a seasoned leader for a Senior Project Manager role. You will oversee projects through their entire lifecycle, from engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning and hand-over. You'll be the person responsible for guiding a diverse team to successfully attain project objectives and meet commercial targets in a prominent and influential role.

The role

Drive project success by effectively planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded while maintaining a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
Continuously assess and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality in project delivery.
Implement and maintain a robust quality assurance process throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards and client expectations.
Win new projects and manage variations by developing accurate cost estimates and systems to drive successful project outcomes.

About you

Relevant industry qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or similar
8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the mining/resource space.
Demonstrated understanding of construction management and delivery methodologies.
Extensive experience in construction estimating, ideally with a mining/resources focus.
Strong client facing ability.
Comfortable with all aspects of project delivery
